The FC100B is a PVDF body, refillable, double junction pH electrode with a BNC connector. This single ceramic, double junction electrode has a pH indicating probe made of general purpose glass and a food grade plastic body.
This design consideration is ideal for pH measurements in the food industry including sauces, juices, dairy products and other liquid or slurry forms of food. The recommended operating temperature range is from 0 to 80°C.

HALO PVDF Body Foodcare pH Electrode with Bluetooth® - FC2022

The FC2022 HALO is a Bluetooth Smart (Bluetooth 4.0) Foodcare pH and temperature electrode composed of chemically resistant PVDF material.
This electrode has a unique open junction design in which there is a viscolene (hard gel) electrolyte layer that is free of silver chloride (AgCl) between the sample to be measured and the internal reference cell. The open junction design resists clogging and the probe’s conical tip makes it ideal for pH measurements in food products including dairy, dough, ground meats and other semi-solid food samples.
All readings are transmitted directly to the HI2202 edgeblu or a compatible Apple or Android device running the Hanna Lab App.

The FC2023 is an amplified double junction pH electrode that has a built-in temperature sensor and connects to the meter with a quick connect DIN connector. This type of connector is proprietary to specific meters such as the HI98190.
The FC2023 electrode features a food grade plastic PVDF body, an open junction design with viscolene gel electrolyte, a sensing bulb made of low temperature glass, and a conical tip shape. This design consideration is ideal for pH measurements in dairy products, emulsions, cream, or other semi-solid samples. The recommended operating temperature range is from 0 to 50°C.

The Hanna Instruments FC2053 Foodcare pH electrode with built in temperature probe has a unique design that separates it from other pH electrodes used in the measurement of food products. The FC2053 features a removable sleeve that allows for cleaning of the outer open reference junction and the replacement of the gel electrolyte. The removable sleeve allows for the customer to clear any solids trapped at the junction surface that leads to probe failure and replacement.
