ORSIM is an improved version of the highly regarded Mannitol Salt Agar (LAB007) and incorporates an enhanced indicator system using aniline blue and mannitol fermentation.

This combination produces intense blue colonies as presumptive MRSA, which are unmistakable amongst mixed cultures and easily visualised against the media background.
