HI92140 Windows® compatible software allows communication with the HI140 series of temperature dataloggers. The datalogger is connected to the computer through HI90140 infrared transmitter which connects to the computer through the RS232 port.

With the HI92140 software users can perform the following:

• Enable/disable logging
• Program the user ID code for each datalogger
• Set the logging interval (selectable from 1 minute to 24 hours)
• Set starting and ending logging time
• Set the high and low alarm threshold, which can also be disabled
• Set the logging delay start (selectable from (0 minute to 24 hours)
• Set the real time clock
• Monitor the power supply of the logger (see the Battery Error Prevention System)
• Request the lot data
• Set the maximum number of samples to log
• Get on-line help
