    Chloridmeter CM20 Chloridemeter The Chloridemeter CM20 provides quick and exact determination of the chloride ion concentration in liquid micro samples with a minimum volume of 10 µl. Chloridmeter CM20 Modern chloride titrators measure the amount of chloride directly in a sample and are based on the principle of coulometric titration by using an end point which is determined by measuring the current between two silver electrodes. To meet the current and future need for chloride determination, a cutting-edge digital instrument has been developed by GONOTEC: The Chloridmeter CM20. The instrument has an easy, intuitive user interface with a modern touch screen and multi-language prompts, which lead the operator through the entire measurement process. The instrument is factory calibrated so that manual calibration by lab personnel is not required. It can be equipped with an integrated printer and the results are sent in document-ready format or a PC for data transfer can be connected via USB or RS232.

    Control Unit B The control unit B includes all control-, monitoring- and measuring functions required for determination of the molecular weight. Control Unit B The measuring parameters are manually adjusted by switches on the front panel of the device. The 4-digit display alternatively shows the actual measured result (1 digit is equivalent to 1mV) at the output of the amplifier or the actual temperature of the measuring cell. A potentiometric recorder can be connected to the control unit B (recommended sensitivity 1 Volt full scale). The calculation of the final molecular weight Mn is performed by the user (the control unit SA offers a complete evaluation with a final report).

    Control Unit SA The control unit SA is based on a modified PC and monitors the measuring cells by means of Software specially developed for this application. Control Unit SA In addition to the control-, monitoring- and measuring functions, the unit leads the user through the entire measuring procedure and the final evaluation of the data. In the evaluation process, all measurement parameters and results are summarized and treated via a statistical calculation. The average molecular weight Mn is the result. All parameters, the measured values, the linear regression curve and the final result are summarized on a single page for printing.
